Born-in-Utah nutrition shake boosts one man’s weight loss success
For many Americans, staying healthy and losing weight is a matter of conscience. After a health scare, Chris Cornell decided enough was enough. He was motivated to improve his health and fitness and approached it like many – with a low carb diet. After months of sticking to her new diet, she had lost 80 pounds of body fat.
Losing that much weight was just the beginning. Cornell wanted to be more active and gain more knowledge about health, fitness, and how to improve his health. Fasting until noon and drinking protein shakes were part of his routine, until a famous scientist and researcher suggested that he try adding fat to the mix.
Although it seems that adding more fat to the diet would be useless, the combination was necessary to achieve his new fitness goals. Cornell says he started drinking the HLTH Code Complete Meal shake every day. Packed with protein, healthy fats and prebiotic fiber, the shake is designed to replace a meal while providing nutrition.
Cornell wrote on LinkedIn, “I saw a noticeable increase in energy throughout the day, improved satisfaction, and significant gains in strength and endurance.”
According to UCLA Health, eating healthy fats can help improve cholesterol levels and blood sugar control. Olive oil, coconut oil, MCT oil, and flaxseed are all healthy fats found in HLTH Code Complete Meals.
Cornell experienced more energy and fullness throughout his day – especially with his muscle building goals.
“The results have been amazing, especially in terms of strength and satiety. With more consistent energy, I have pushed my fitness goals further, improving strength, endurance, and VO2 max. My number of daily has gone from around 5,000 to over 10,000,” Cornell explained.
Why the nutrition label is important
There are hundreds of diet shakes on the market today, but they don’t have the complete nutrition needed to qualify as a true diet.
HLTH Code Director Joel Bikman explained that good nutrition comes from macronutrients and the quality of ingredients. Daily nutrition should include healthy fats, amino acids from protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Bikman stressed the importance of getting a 1:1 ratio of fat to protein from high-quality sources. He said egg whites, collagen, and whey protein are all good sources of protein. Good sources of healthy fats can be found in coconut, olive oil, MCT oil, flaxseed, cocoa butter and even cider vinegar. With a good balance of these nutrients, Bikman said people can expect to see higher energy levels and feel fuller for longer.
Cornell confirmed this when he said that he started to see an increase in strength and power levels once he got all the right nutrients to fuel his fitness goals.
“Despite my initial misgivings about adding breakfast, they [serving of] The HLTH code at 10:30 am has resulted in better energy levels throughout the day and has greatly reduced my evening cravings. Where I once struggled with the urge to eat late night snacks, I now find myself satisfied and rarely, if ever, have hunger or cravings,” she wrote.
Do not overpower the taste
Since everyone needs food to live, eating should be fun and enjoyable. In a 2019 review, researchers found several reasons why people may not like nutrient-dense foods. One reason is that nutrient-poor foods are made palatable, while nutrient-dense foods pale in comparison to unhealthy foods.
Bikman and his scientist brother created the HLTH Code for good taste. If you don’t like what you’re eating, chances are you won’t stick to it.
Cornell’s analysis speaks volumes. “One amazing benefit is how delicious these shakes are. Now I look forward to them as much as I used to look forward to milkshakes,” he said.
He’s not the only one who likes the taste. Among the thousands of five-star reviews, people always talk about the taste and sweetness.
Reviewer Sherilyn H. said, “Best tasting food I’ve tried!!”
Lisa P. said, “Best shake I’ve ever had. The taste is perfect, for chocolate and vanilla. I recommend this shake to my friends and family.”
Take Cornell’s word
Whether you want to lose weight, reach a fitness goal or have more energy, drinking HLTH Code Complete Meal could be your golden ticket.
Cornell said he plans to run a full marathon in the next few months. He looks forward to continuing his health journey, confident that the HLTH Code will be an “important part” of his daily activities.
